Hampton Inn Williamsport

Excellent, as expected

Location near everything you need. Clean with lots of amenities.

Pool very cloudy. Hot tub very foamy.

Hamptons do not seem to be keeping up their properties like they used to and this was no exception. The shade would not close as the chain had a stopper in it preventing closure. The toilet flapper had to be adjusted after each flush. Reported upon check-out and manager called back to apologize and offered a little credit.

The price and location. The front desk associate was exceptional in her handling of a difficult circumstance and that is that this hotel is currently being renovated.

This hotel is under renovation. There is NOTHING in the lobby except mudded sheet rock and strong paint odors. Had we known, we would have stayed somewhere else.

This hotel is centrally and well located in downtown Williamsport PA. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. A nice river walk just across the street from the hotel. A Perkins restaurant is literally seconds away. One star deduction for no room service even though we stayed there 3 nights. Might be a Hampton issue as I had the same problem with a Hampton location in Florida earlier this year.

Loved the hotel. Pillows weren’t great but I survived. This is my second stay here. Very nice.

Comfortable bed , clean room.

Some remodeling being done.

Lobby was under construction but still very orderly. Our previous visits have been perfect
