"Overall a nice place"

There was Parking on site and i was greeted warmly. Clean and comfotable with plenty of local information in the room, which was clean and comfortable

Breakfast is not served till 815am so as a business person this was no good as i needed to leave. Also the guest house is on a busy main road, this was not a problem for me as a heavy sleeper but wor being aware.

I had a lovely stay at Deri-Down Guest House! Everyone was incredibly friendly and made me feel really welcome. The room was perfect with little extras like a fridge, biscuits and good local information. I'll definitely stay again!
