Authentic feel to the property, staff were amazing and helpful, Beds were comfortable and breakfast very good. Staff were able to organise laundry where you could drop off your things and they would arrange for it to go to a laundry service and come back that evening for around eight soles per KG.

Currently, there is lots of work on the roads being done in Ollyntaytambo. The road that this hotel is in was being dug up making it a 100m along the side of some roadworks which would not be safe if you used a mobility aid or were elderly. This looks like it will go for several months so I would recommend asking if the mobility issue might put you off stain at the moment, June 2026. You also need to go up a fight of stairs to access the breakfast room and some of the accommodation.

The staff is so helpful and friendly, the hotel itself was so beautiful, very near the plaza, but in a less busy area. The rooms were clean and nice and the breakfast to go was appreciated.

It was unfortunate that their breakfast hours are so limited, but they were so kind as to pack us a breakfast to go.

Amei a minha acomodação ficarei com vontade de voltar só pra me hospedar novamente, a proprietária é uma querida, prestou todo o apoio quando o nosso voo atrasou, além disso, entrou em contato diretamente com um transfer privado para nos buscar, eu pedi apenas o contato de alguém e ela já resolveu tudo, apenas fizemos o pagamento, quarto lindo e confortável com vista pra montanha, parabéns Noemir você é uma querida, ah e mais uma coisa cadê da manhã delicioso com frutas, e ela ainda disponibiliza água da casa a vontade pros hóspedes 1000/1000
