Comfort Inn & Suites Warsaw near US-30

We have stayed here five or six times and the staff has always been very,very helpful and dealt with our needs asap! One my recent trip I met the head of house keeping Ronnie strong and to say she was amazing is just not enough! She did an excellent job with the rooms and we talked and talked like old friends! I hope to see her on our future stays. The front desk employees Erin and Brooklyn were very kind and helpful with anything our family needed! Charlene at the front desk was extremely kind in helpful the few times I encountered her. I would very much recommend the comfort inn for anyone. We will definitely be back many times.

The checkout and daytime staff was great! The night staff was rude,outside smoking and on their phones. They have 24 hour coffe but it was always empty. Toilets didn’t work. Had to get a plunger at 1 am. Non smoking room smelled like smoke and cinnamon they used to cover up smoke smell. It’s too expensive for what you get. The daytime staff is why we keep coming back! They’re wonderful.

Was charged twice for room and twice for pet staff wasnt very friendly when tried to resolve issue

We had to clean the toilet when we arrived. It took days to get hallway clean. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay. Details matter. Excellent breakfast. Kind and friendly service. Warm dining room with fireplace.

One of the worst hotels I have stayed in. The bathroom was dirty, floor was dirty, no pillows or blankets for the sleeper sofa. Awful - would not stay again.

It was the most disgusting hotel I have been in, in a long time. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in at least a month. The toilet had a ring in it, the sink had some nasty stuff in it, sink faucet had soap scum all over it, the shower was the worst there was some brown stuff in the bottom the the tub. I was there to bury my father and it was on of the worst places I have stayed in, in Warsaw, IN!!

The shower didn’t work. And I asked about it. She treated me like I was stupid no blankets just thin “something”.

The first time we flushed the toilet it flooded the bathroom. When I called front desk I ended up having to clean up the mess and plunge the toilet did not make me happy.

The room was clean and reasonably priced. Breakfast wasn't the best (just being honest).

The toilet bowl not clean, door lock screws loose almost falling I’m afraid the hotel will charge it on me. Bath tub faucet leaking. Bed comfortable, had good night sleep, continental breakfast was ok
