Friendly staff

Breakfast was limited and was not refilled. The only protein was a ham and cheese biscuit or a spinach quiche that was I undercooked. The bed was lumpy, hair stuck to the back of the bathroom door. The property is fairly new but looks like it’s much older. The room was not kept well. It looked old and run down. Pictures of the king suite are a misrepresentation. There was a two person love seat and a desk chair in the main room. There was not a table. The kitchen is crowded and small. It has a stove w/oven but has a sign to use the stove for warming only. No cooking. Overall, a newer property that hasn’t been taken care of.

Very clean inside and out. I like that it was on a side street as opposed to a main street. Helps with noise from traffic. We slept very good.

Clean, nice facilities, friendly staff

Feel bathtubs (not just handicapped) need stripes or something to keep from slipping. Also I'm a little upset over a charger cord that I walked into the hotel with in my hand. We were initially put in a handicapped room downstairs. #105. As I didn't realize that is what it was I wanted a different room with a bathtub. We were graciously moved to another on the 3 rd floor. I checked with front desk, hopefully to be able to check room. Unfortunately that room had already been rented. My wish would have been that at that early timeframe staff would have been willing to at least call or in some way check with the occupants. It is. Unfortunate but they checked after the occupant left. The only place it could have been was in that room. Front desk person was very nice just wanted to wait until morning.

Room was great, full size fridge . Microwave was not working. Location was great. Service could have been better.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast included had excellent offerings.

The one of things I didn't like about the room was the bathroom. The toliet, shower, and sink are all in the same enclosed room. If someone takes a shower the sink and mirror get all fogged up. It is no fun to put on makeup or do you hair in a hot bathroom. There is also no full lenght mirror in the room or anywhere in the hotel. Luckliy, I was there for pleasure and not business. The other confusing thing was the room temperature gage. It didn't have an actual temperature. It would give you a number of 1-10. So you couldn't set it to a certain temperature. I had to guess what was hot or cold. I found it to be strange.

I loved this hotel. It was easy to access everything I wanted to get to. The breakfast was great. The staff was delightful. I have no complaints and will be staying here again on my next stay in town.

I did enjoy my stay and would have given them all stars. But I was charged twice for a one night stay. I’ve been told multiple times that it would be refunded and it hasn’t. I’m disappointed because I wanted to come back for a get away trip. I’m hoping others have a better outcome than myself.
