La struttura è semplice e rispecchia la filosofia giapponese zona un po decentrata ma in un quartiere molto tipico il ryokan è provvisto di aria condizionata

El Kamoya Ryokan fue nuestra primera y única experiencia en un ryokan en Japón, y la verdad que fue muy buena. Dormir en el piso, en el estilo tradicional japonés, es una experiencia que vale la pena vivir al menos una vez. A diferencia de otros alojamientos, te permiten dejar las valijas tanto antes del check-in como después del check-out, lo cual es muy cómodo para organizar el día. La ubicación está un poco alejada del centro más turístico, pero igualmente llegás a cualquier lado en subte, colectivo o caminando. Además, algunos templos como el Fushimi Inari o el Sanjusangendo quedan más cerca desde acá que desde otras zonas. El barrio se sintió super tranquilo y silencioso, ideal para descansar.

Como puntos a mejorar, si bien el dueño deja instrucciones y videos en inglés, durante nuestra estadía no sentimos que fuera fácil comunicarse con él en ese idioma, aunque en todo momento fue muy amable y respetuoso. Por otro lado, al abrir las camas notamos un leve olor, probablemente por falta de ventilación, aunque no fue un inconveniente mayor.
