AZAZWe stayed at this hotel for the first time and overall we liked it. The lady at the reception was very helpful and took our requests into consideration when assisting us with the room selection. The food was very tasty with a wide variety, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We especially liked the hotel territory – it is well maintained and offers a calm forest walk, which was very relaxing and enjoyable. We did not experience any issues at the SPA – everything was fine there as well.
The refrigerator in the room was quite noisy while operating at night, which woke us up several times and affected our sleep. In addition, I think the daily entertainment for adults could be more interesting.
