Janell was wonderful for checking in a road weary family of travelers. She helped us with recommendations for a wonderful dinner

A very minor detail. One of our rooms has a damaged door stop in the wall.

the front staff checking me in was very helpful with information about where to go and what to do. The area was safe to walk my dogs.

Taos has a lot of litter everywhere. The hotel property was clean but just outside of that was litter everywhere. There were some very noisy and inconsiderate quests at the hotel. This is not the fault of the hotel though.

"The battle of the shower"

Clean n organized 👌

Shower wasn't working properly the know was loose and you had to press into it to get it to turn hot.
