The apartment is very cozy, spacious and well-equipped. The bed is super comfy. The enormous terrace and the view speak for themselves - simply amazing. Mariana is a wonderful and very helpful host. The location is perfect - not only is it right next to the historic centre, the river etc., but there are also cafés, restaurants, trendy cocktail bars and a few grocery shops nearby. At the same time, it seems like a quiet, safe area. The building is beautiful and unique both from the outside and on the inside - the modern additions work very well with the historic base.

Very stylish apartment and beautiful building! The ceilings made it feel like we were at a museum. Not too far from some of the main sights.

The key pick up process was so unnecessarily complicated! Our flight arrived at 8:30 pm, it was the only one available that day. For that, we had to pay a fee because they couldn’t make a key pick up as easy as a lockbox/code. Instead, a person had to wait for us until 9:30 to give us the keys. When I asked why we had to pay to arrive later, the receptionist suggested “I should’ve read the rules better,” which wasn’t the friendliest way of handling the situation.

Pluspunkte: Wunderschönes Altbau-Apartment mit hohen Räumen und Stuckverzierungen. Möblierung komfortabel und Geschmack voll. Nähe zum Zentrum ideal. Mariana vom Empfang war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Minuspunkte: Apartment an vielbefahrener, sehr lärmiger Strasse. Dies ist sehr problematisch weil die Fenster nur einfach verglast und fugenlos in die Fensternischen plaziert sind. Schlafen war nur mit Oropax möglich. Bettgrösse ist Queensize (160) und nicht wie angegeben Kingsize. Baderaum im Glaskubus eher eng.

The place was nice and clean with a great view. Loved the terrace. Location very near the city center.
