"We loved the character, location and feel of this apartment."

The location was amazing as it was overlooking the Alcázar and a five minute walk from the cathedral.

The reception staff member helping us as we checked out was less than attentive. It was raining and we had to get to the train station. A taxi was ordered through the hotel but then cancelled without us knowing and it ended up meaning we had to run through the rain with cases to catch a bus. No big deal in the grand scheme but a more attentive service would have saved us some stress. The kitchen was quite small and basic but it was handy to at least be able to prepare breakfast there.

A little difficult to find but the attention and services provided by Sophia and Rafael brought our journey to a pot of gold at the end of the path. Everything was excellent, but Sophia and Rafael were above the 10 star rating provided(more like a 12). Beautiful and peaceful setting with a great location.

Having to leave because of our travel plans.
