⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service from Jennifer at Kimpton Surfcomber!! Our Friday night dinner in Miami was exceptional, and Jennifer made it a truly unforgettable experience. My wife and I are celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary, along with my retirement after 40 years of service and her upcoming retirement, so this trip is filled with special milestones. Jennifer went above and beyond to make our evening memorable. She was warm, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in ensuring we had a wonderful experience. Her recommendations were excellent, her service was flawless, and her positive energy made the entire evening even more enjoyable. What truly set Jennifer apart was her thoughtfulness. To our surprise, she arranged a special anniversary dessert complete with fireworks and champagne. It was such a kind and unexpected gesture that perfectly capped off an already amazing evening. Moments like that can't be taught—they come from someone who truly cares about creating memorable experiences for their guests. Jennifer turned a great dinner into a celebration we'll remember for years to come. She is a tremendous asset to the restaurant, and we are incredibly grateful for the care and attention she showed us. Great experience Sandro was great

I had an amazing time at Kimpton! Sandro organized a fun game of pool pong; he was very attentive and friendly!

We ate at the Social Club. Our server, Jennifer was outstanding! She ensured perfection in every way for our 40th anniversary.

I just went here for Friday night $10 Martinis and it was excellent! The BEST Mezze platter anywhere! Delightful staff and creative decor. This will be my new happy hour spot, especially since it is different everyday! Very enjoyable!

My recent stay at the Kimpton Surfcomber in Miami was truly exceptional, and I felt compelled to share my experience. From the moment we arrived, the service exceeded every expectation. The valet staff member (Hispanic male with glasses) set the tone each day, warmly greeting us and consistently holding the door as we entered and exited the hotel. That level of attention and courtesy might seem small, but it made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. The front desk supervisor, Brianna (I believe that was her name, African American female with stylish hair wraps/headband), deserves special recognition. She went above and beyond at every interaction, she warm, professional, and incredibly attentive to our needs. Whether it was helping with questions about the property, offering local recommendations, or simply checking in to ensure everything was going smoothly, her hospitality stood out and made a lasting impression. The rest of the front desk team mirrored this same level of care and professionalism. The property itself was immaculate. My room was spotless, well-maintained, and clearly cared for with a high standard of cleanliness. The same held true for the common areas and outdoor spaces. Everything from the lobby to the pool area reflected a strong attention to detail and pride in the hotel’s appearance. I am a Titanium Elite member with Marriott due to extensive work travel, and I’m accustomed to staying at high-end properties within that portfolio. On this trip, however, the group I was traveling with selected the Kimpton Surfcomber, and I’m incredibly glad they did. The experience here not only matched, but in many ways surpassed, what I typically receive at other luxury brands. Because of the outstanding service from Brianna and the entire staff, the welcoming valet team member, and the overall cleanliness and quality of the hotel, I will absolutely return to the Kimpton Surfcomber the next time I’m in Miami. This stay turned a group trip into a truly memorable experience.

Loved my stay here! Very clean rooms, great atmosphere, and an amazing location in South Beach. Delfina was incredibly kind and helpful, and it was great that she spoke both English and Spanish. She made me feel welcome from the start. Highly recommend!

Yoga is top tier. I recommend everyone come!!! Anna is an amazing instructor!!!
