The yoga class at the Surfcomber was wonderful! Jane is a great teacher and made everyone feel welcome. Thank you.

Be careful, they levied an unauthorised charge on my credit card. I booked through a third-party platform and paid in full at the time of reservation. Months later, the hotel requested my card details for a small resort fee of $167, which I authorized. They then used the same card to fraudulently charge $2,185 without warning or consent, claiming that the third-party provider hasn’t paid them. That should have been something they took up with third-party platform who they have an agreement with and decided to list on rather than deceptively charge the customer. I would strongly suggest people book elsewhere.

The experience was very good, the hotel is nice and has many activities to do. The attention of the staff was excellent, especially that girl from Argentina (Delfina) who treated us super well.

Loved the views, the place, food and customer service. Specially this one girl, I think her name was Delfina? She was very helpful and considerate. Very chill and relaxing experience. Would recommend 100%

The service was excellent. I didn't know what true customer service was until I met Delfina - she was outstanding in every way. The hotel itself was also fantastic. The facilities were beautiful, the rooms were incredibly comfortable, and the overall experience exceeded all expectations. A solid 10/10!

Amazing !! I had so much fun and such a great experience for my first Zumba class in a POOL !! You have to try it out !! Totally recommend it 🫶🏻 Won’t regret it ! ☺️
