No lift and 3 flights of stairs? No water as offered.

Bathrooms were not in room. Building under construction. Lots of stairs. Breakfast area was closed so missed free breakfast.

Location is perfect

Parking is not private. It is street parking and you need to pay. That was misleading in the information given by the property. Third floor no elevator. Bathroom was not vented enough and there was some mold.

Beautifully and very tastefully appointed, and clearly recently refurbished to a high standard B&B. Despite host not being on site, the communication with her was very efficient, especially for those who like online bookng systems, but also avaiable via more "traditional " communication methods. I would only recommend (probably only importnant for non-Italian travellers) to clarify that "free parking" means finding a free parking on the street in the vicinity of the property and not the dedicated/reserved space. Maybe it is the way it is displayed on the Booking.com Facility section that was confusing. It was not difficult to find one for us but I can imagine it's a bit different in high season. Alternatively there is a paid-for car park jvery close nearby

Lovely building, great location, beautiful room. Elvira was easy to talk to, helpful and gave us some good tips of things to do. Beautiful big bathroom.

We were a little disappointed to get a Juliette balcony only when we had specifically upgraded for a room with a balcony.

Great location between the train station and local shops, restaurants and the sea in this beautiful small town. Very friendly staff and nice clean facilities and room.

Not really a negative, but be aware you can be tested with stairs and sloping streets around Formia
