under remodeling so very messy. hard to find a way into the lobby which was a makeshift one and then to find parking as the sidewalk and parking lot was under construction. Room was quiet but did not have maid service to make the bed or if I need more towels I had to go get them. Was very disappointed in the hotel.

Overall good, but navigating to the room was a little inconvenient due to ongoing renovations.

The only downfall to the property during our stay was the hotel was in the final stages of a renovation project. Staff were friendly, rooms were clean and quiet. Once, the renovations are complete, I would rate this location very high!

Everything is under construction and the lobby is closed. The room should have had a significant discount.

The website said the lobby was as under renovation however, that was not the case. Multiple floors and rooms were being worked on. Once I arrived the construction noise was everywhere and I could barely finish my work calls for the day. When I responded to the Hilton text after settling into my room, I complained and without apology, I was simply told the website said so…there was no ice machine on the floor the put me on because that, as well as the lobby, was also under ‘renovation’. After I gave up on complaining and them offering to move my room (which would have changed nothing) I accepted construction all over the hotel would resume until 7. I’ll bet you already know if you’re reading this, they had not stopped construction at 7 and when I complained again, the response was this from the hotel; “they must have lost track of time”. I will never stay in this hotel again and I’ll make sure all of my business affiliates avoid it as well. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and more lies in the shortest time from a large hotel chain. Avoid this hotel.

The front desk lady at check in was friendly.

Our room was filthy. Hair of all lengths were all over the shower, toilet, and bathroom sink. Toilet paper built up under the counter and in the corners. There was pee stained on the base of the toilet. The lotion bottle hanging on the wall was absolutely disgusting and crusty. The floor felt like it hadn't been swept or mopped in weeks. Just overall the bathroom was filthy. We went to get ice and the bucket had a small amount of what I hope was water but it smelled like mildew and pee so we skipped the ice. Trash inside the couch cushion. Even the TV had sticky finger prints on it. The only thing that looked clean was the bed, and that was only because it was made. The sheets were wrinkled and not put on the bed all the way so it looked like the maid was either a child who made the bed or it was just remade after the last people slept in it. The building main lobby is under remodel. We were on the 3rd floor so we didn't have much problems with the noise. The only inconvenience was they called our room at 9:45 to tell us the water was going to be shut off for the remainder of our stay at 10:00. Check out was a noon so we were not in any hurry as we had Dr appts after check out so we had to quickly shower. The front desk lady at check in was super friendly and talkative. Made us feel very welcome at the establishment. The same is not to be said about the check out lady. We barley got a "Thank you for your stay" from her. We did not complain about any of the problems we had encountered while staying there because the front desk at check in was so nice and its not her fault the room was in poor shape. She would not have been able to fix it other than change out room if there was another available. If it would of been the other lady we most definitely asked for money back and left she was that rude. Overall I would not stay here again.
