A really charming property with incredible hosts (Russ & Irene). Amenities of high quality, plus amazing meals from the kitchen! About an hour drive from Cradle Mountain NP for those interested in hiking.

Our breakfast was marvellous -- homemade croissants that tasted like they were made in Paris, homemade danishes (better than any I've ever had anywhere), perfectly poached eggs, a beautiful spread of fruit, the most delicious cooked mushrooms (my husband is still raving about them and asking me to figure out how to make the "wow" mushrooms at Glencoe), and an extensive tea menu with what seems like the entire T2 tea shop on offer. The room was lovely, with a window seat to curl up on and enjoy the view of the surrounding gardens, and a very comfortable bed. I slept more soundly in the bed at Glencoe than I do at home (which is saying a lot, since I usually sleep poorly in hotels.) I would highly recommend staying here. A rarity among bed and breakfasts, Glencoe has a five star bed and five star breakfast. A wonderful weekend escape.

"Great place to stay "

Thoroughly recommend staying here. Rooms immaculate, with warm hospitality and fireplace in the lounge room. Loved the Scottish Highland cattle, sheep, goats, chickens and ducks. Breakfast was delicious near the fireplace. Great for couples and families and close to Sheffield.

"Hidden Gem in perfect location."

Lovely, spotlessly clean, comfortable room with ensuite. Breakfast was fantastic! Welcomed on arrival with freshly made cake and coffee. Beautiful grounds on acreage to wander through. Only 22 minute drive to Spirit of Tasmania terminal in Devonport and 7 minutes to Sheffield. Perfect location.

"One of the best B&B we've ever stayed at"

Amazing country style bed and breakfast. Very clean, comfortable and cozy rooms with all amenities you would need. Fresh and super delicious breakfast. Owners were very kind and helpful during our stay. Farm animals provided good entertainment. We would highly recommend to our friends and family.
