Panoramic Motel & Apartments

We stayed at the Panoramic for only two nights out of our three night reservation. The place was overrun with teenagers who were not chaperoned, drinking and obnoxious the entire time we were there. The noise was horrible. They also had a group of people there who took over and unplugged the motel speaker to play Latino music all day every day well into the night. They had it so loud that you had trouble even conversing. They left dirty diapers in the pool area and were taking glass bottles into the pool area as well which you aren't supposed to do. Anyway, the owner told us we would be reimbursed for our trouble (and ruined vacation) and he would refund us for the last night that we did not stay. Now I understand that usually you forfeit the money if you choose to leave, but they offered to refund the money. As of today we have not gotten anything back. It's been since July 5th and they don't return phone calls or emails. Just very frustrating. They have no control over anything the guests do, and honestly they didn't even try to make it nice for the remainder of the guests who were there. Bottom line is I would never book there again unless I was a Latino or Teen who wanted to party day and night without consequences.

Booked a last minute stay for my family. I tried to call to check if our room was available before we got there and it took about 6 phone calls for someone to answer. Check in says 3pm- they told me come for 4pm. We had to wait and call a phone number because the check in office was empty/ when someone finally showed up it was about 10 minutes later. When we found out our room was in a breezeway in a corner with no outside seating I asked if we could be moved (I saw there were multiple rooms empty) and was told “no” and then “they would let us know.” Still had to wait about 15 minutes for the room to be ready. The room was clean and spacious but extremely outdated compared to some of the other rooms that we could see were empty because the curtains were open. The rooms did not have a lot of electrical outlets and none in the bathroom which I thought was odd. Pool was a decent size and clean as well. The location is perfect for the boardwalk and beach. Overall decent but most likely will not return.

Easy check in very nice n pretty room had nice cold AC room was clean plenty of towels pool was refreshing n blue close to beach parking never a problem could use a bit more water pressure in shower but overall nice indeed

We found our suite to be clean and accommodating.

This was a great place to stay for a mini vacation, very close to the boardwalk and beach. The owners were very friendly and accommodating.

THIS MOTEL CAN CHARGE $113-130 PER NIGHT, BUT THE FURNITURE IN THE ROOMS IS OLD--RUSTY HANGERS RACK IN BEDROOM, STAINED DRAWER SHELVES, NO FACE TOWELS AND RINSE CUPS IN BATHROOM, DIRTY CHAIRS BY A TABLE, THEY DIDN'T PROVIDE WASH SPONGE FOR DISHES AND NO TISSUES IN TH ROOM. THEY ALSO MET US WITH DIRTY DISHES IN THE KITCHEN! THIS IS A CHEAP PLACE AND NEEDS RENOVATIONS AND IMPROVEMENTS IN THE ROOMS! ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH MONEY PAID FOR IT.

Nice, clean , updated property with friendly staff that are on site 24/7 . Grilling area that has games for all . Pool is equipped with floats for everyone to enjoy .likes that there is a mini equipped kitchen with full size fridge . And coffee maker . Walking distance to stores, boards , miniature golf . Short distance to many local attractions.
