A 3 foot section of carpet appears to have been cleaned with bleach. The sink has cracks in it. The bathroom door is scratched up like a pet had been trying to get out. The AC is extremely loud. Not a Hampton/Hilton level property.

Staff nice…. Facility not kept up. Bathroom full of mold. Carpets dirty and smelled awful. Found pizza box under bed. No hot water day or night. Worst excuse for a Hampton Inn I have ever seen.

Coffee was less then desired…. Need regular coffee or robust coffee instead of light coffee… drove down th McDonalds to get better coffee.

Bathroom needs update. Very low tub and toilet and some tile in bath area seems to need work. Level a few tiles and re-grout.

Hyatt Place is always a great stay. Location is a little older and beginning to show. But all in all still a great place and is pet friendly. My only issue was that it took several minutes for anyone to come to the front desk to check us in. That said, I will almost always choose Hyatt Place if one is available. I wish there were more locations.
