Amazing view! Great location.

Only the location

We didn’t have gas for couple of days hence didn’t have a hot water. Owner proposed to use other flats after tenants leave them but this was not convenient because in the morning bathtub was dirty after other people and we would need to wash them. He proposed to come after cleaning but we loose half a day in this case and we refused. Washed 2 kids using water boiled in electric kettle for 2 days. Also had a problem with a toilet. They call the plumber fast but he didn’t clean after fixing and I needed to be a free cleaner for the owner. Finally on 1st of May internet dissapeared and they didn’t fix it. For 3 days of rains we couldn’t even to use cartoons to rest with kids and needed to buy local SIM cards with 5G to fix it. Nothing was proposed from the owner to fix this problem. The flat is old and dirty. Mattresses are from the previous age. Cheapest pillows. The mildew is everywhere. The sofa in the living room is destroyed. They get 35 lari for cleaning before you come but in reality there are plenty places with dust. The cooking surface is fat and the hood is also has yellow fat everywhere. Lack of the cutlery. Several buildings are under construction around and noisy works happen even at night so you won’t sleep normal.

Чистый и уютный номер, дом тихий, есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания, место недалеко от моря, красивый вид на горы. В номере есть хорошие личные рекомендации с ресторанами и туристическими местами. Отдельно хочется отметить владельцев: очень дружелюбные и быстро откликаются на просьбы (например, помогли с порошком для стирки). К сожалению, случился инцидент с протечкой воды, но это оперативно исправили.
