Hampton Inn Oklahoma City/Edmond

First room they put us in was not cleaned and the second room had rubber matts in the bathtub covering up a much needed repair to the bathtub. I would not stay here again, worst Hampton I have ever stayed in.

Reached out when booking to request connecting rooms. Was told they would do their best. When I check in not only are the rooms not connecting, they don't even have the type of rooms we booked as a connecting option at all on the property. If they had communicated, we would have booked the other type of room and happily paid the higher price. They did not even allow us to pay more and change the room type to get connected rooms. The property needs some maintenance and updating. The bath tub and flooring were in need of repair for sure. Pet hair everywhere, tv did not get any kids channels, and breakfast left something to be desired. Will be looking for a different place next time.

The breakfast was ok. I had the muffins and tea.

I would like more of a variety of breakfast foods.

I am not one for reviews but…Unfortunately our stay was cut short due to the uncleanliness condition of our room along with the several BUGS we found in our bed. The showers and walls contained what looks like mold as shown in the pictures. We let the front desk know we will not be staying a second night given the conditions. They were very considerate and told us a manager should be reaching out to us, however, I have yet to hear from the manager regarding our room comp.

This was a horrible experience and we didn’t even stay the night here. The lady at the front was rude and the entire hotel was dirty and disgusting. There was mold in the shower, there was a disgusting odor in the room and the sheets were dirty with hair and debris all over. They would not issue a refund and we would like some option in resolving this issue.

Walls are paper thin, there is a barn door for a bathroom door that doesn’t quite cover the area and there is one small elevator for the whole place. It’s fine.

Room floor was dirty. Unacceptable and no credit offered by Manager on Duty. Patel group needs to improve. We will not stay at this Hampton Hotel. Beds were too hard. Beds at Hampton Hotels in the past the beds were excellent. What has happened ?

Had to stand in the front lobby for a while to check-in. There was no bell to ring for service or a sign saying where they were kr when theyd be back. They did however have a wonderful breakfast
