Immaculately clean, super homely, had everything you could possibly need, in a quiet relaxing setting. Host was super friendly and accommodating, helpful with so many handy suggestions and tips! Had a gorgeous cat living on site called Mustache that we grew extremely fond of and will miss so much! Honestly, didn’t want to leave our little home away from home! Would recommend to all, especially if you’re planning to volunteer at the local Soi Dog foundation as less than ten minutes in a taxi, also super close to the airport and the beach! Thank you for a lovely stay!

We only stayed one night but really liked the room. It’s spacious, clean and has anything you need. The communication with the host was very easy, as well as the check-in.

Great host, responsive and easy to communicate with by WhatsApp. Awesome location if you have your own wheels, that is a bike or car, close to the main road yet peaceful and quiet, in a village. Great building design.

We stayed in Room 9 for two nights, and the external AC unit is mounted on a bracket on the room’s wall. The compressor base and rubber supports are in bad shape, so it makes a lot of noise and vibration. It’s really hard to sleep with the AC on because of the racket, but turning it off isn’t an option with the heat and humidity. The host tried to fix it, but it’s obvious the whole setup needs a proper overhaul.

Just stayed here for two nights on our first visit to Thailand. Baan Trok was the most beautiful accommodation, extremely good value for money. After two long days travelling we arrived with the key in the door, did not have to wait for people to check in, the room was gorgeous, air conditioner, air dehumidifier, flatscreen tv, kitchen facilities exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated. They left lots of kind extras, toothbrushes, coffee, etc. It is super peaceful, we had a very comfortable sleep, sound of nature and wildlife. Lots of information provided for local recommendations for food massage etc. There are shops and restaurants in walking distance, you can walk to mai khao beach in 45 minutes, and along the way are restaurants and shops. If you have a scooter or car there’s lots accessible fast. We extended our stay here. Oh, and there’s a super friendly cat 🐱

quiet and clean with parking reasonably close to the Premier Boat Yard that we were working at. Cheap washing machine use.

The bed was far too hard for our liking. A 50-75mm memory foam topper or new mattress would make all the difference. A room of this size should have its own hob for cooking in private.

Great room and facilities, only downside is you need a bike to get around. Otherwise will definitely return
