Holiday Inn Express & Suites - North Battleford by IHG

Comfortable and clean. The silicone around the tub looked like it was done by a 4 year old. Not visually pleasing for sure. Otherwise nice place to stay with an awesome breakfast!

Didnt like i couldnt extend my stay, and not getting a reason for why i couldnt extend my stay, even though they said they wernt fully booked up.

Great stay, friendly staff…very nice rooms. Large bathroom and two king sized beds. Wonderful.

We stayed for dance competition the bed had stains on the sheets , hair in the bed and the duvet had stains on it and a few that looked like blood . I called down at 10pm on the 25th to get housekeeping to change the bedding she said no one was available, I went down and spoke to the front desk she gave me sheets to change myself and found an ever more stained mattress protector but did not give us a duvet so we used a sheet to sleep with . I kept checking back throughout the day on the 26th and it still wasn’t done . I spoke to the house keeper and front desk she said it would be done . We went back in the afternoon at 1pm and it wasn’t done checked after 3pm . We came back at 945pm and it was finally done but it was the same stained duvet. Every time I went down there was no one at the front desk so we just bought a blanket .

Bed was the best ever very comfortable, pillows excellent with a variety of types to choose from, I get a sore neck so this was very important to me. Staff were excellent very helpful and friendly. Location close to shopping. only complaints was the shower either didn't work or we couldn't find anything on or under the tap to turn it on and bathroom could have used some repairs to torn wallpaper and caulking around the tub but we understood pet friendly rooms were probably older rooms. My husband didn't like the bagged eggs (scrambled looking) suggest to use fresh eggs. The rest of the breakfast was good. But we would stay there again because the beds are fantastic and the pillows and it was very quiet. My husband said he had the best sleep ever.

Short tub and shower not working. We have soaker tubs at home so I like a deeper tub.

I love Holiday inn

The front desk lady was unclear and rude about taking my deposit method. Paying for the deposit wasn't an issue it was her attitude and she cancelled my reservation. I then had to drive 1hr away to get into a room somewhere else. Won't be staying there anymore after that. Submitted a formal complaint to IGH, I believe I was racially profiled as an Indigenous person.
