Not comfortable. Noisy room and pillow was too soft and water smelled bad. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable.

Breakfast was very good, both in quantity and in options. Room was very clean and we were asked daily if we wanted to avail of room service/cleaning. Bathroom has most of the amenities needed so we didn't need to buy additional aside from the usual personal toiletries.

Not a negative review but I was interested in booking the meeting areas, which was unused and unoccupied for the weekend, for some personal meetings with a few people but I was informed that it can only reserved or booked in advance. And the booking of the meeting rooms can only be done with the Marketing Manager/Team during the weekday. I was hoping that there was a "spot reservation" in case there's no prior booking for the meeting room.

It was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. And it was located near the Edmunds ferry for travel into olympic national park.

The location was convenient to our activities. The room was comfortable and staff were great. We didn’t take advantage of the pool/spa or breakfast as we were meeting local friends to eat.

The hard surface floors were very cold, no carpet anywhere, cabinet door over fridge makes it hard to access. Also we had an alarm go off at 4am, disturbing our sleep. However, We were more than adequately compensated for this event by the staff.
