"Over all our stay was good. Pool was way too cold and neighbors were very loud. Staff was amazing."

Location was great. Easy to get where I needed. Staff was great.

Pool was ice cold. You could hear people opening and closing their doors and whatnot Not anything to really do with the hotel itself but one of our neighbors dog kept barking a lot. The people above our room sounded like they were having a rager and kept my toddler up. So that was frustrating. $10 for open parking also for the price of the room parking should be included. There was a hand print on our tv and some splatters of something on our ceiling.

The quiet. Although I hotel was full and there were many children on site, there was no noise. I was very impressed by how quiet it was and our room was on the first floor.

Elevator broken so a small elevator was being used. Seemingly narrow halls were made smaller by housekeeping carts. More attention to the cleanliness of the parking lot could create a better image.

Room and hotel was very well kept and atmosphere was nice. Liked that there was no Febreze scent.

Need bathroom fans. Breakfast food needs to be improved. Although I know it is policy, i was offended that I placed the reservation under my husbands name and I paid for the hotel with my credit card, yet since he was not with me when I checked in and I do not share his last name I was not allowed to check in until he contacted them to approve. Even though I showed the information from my phone and showed the same address. This was very stressful.
