Please note that Lidingö Arena Hotell does not have a 24-hour front desk, but staff can be reached via a free telephone connection. Breakfast is served between 06:30 and 09:00 on weekdays and between 08:00 and 10:30 on weekends. If you want breakfast earlier or later - ask the staff. Park in secure garage, give your licenseplate to us in reception and park 24hr for 150sek. Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of 200 SEK per day/per pet. Please inform the property in advance for confirmation if you plan to bring a pet.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Staff were very helpful and offered option to check-in early. Offered the dining area to wait and charge our powerbanks. Staffs were very kind.

Läget, fungerande lokaltrafik och att det var välstädat.

Att personalen inte kom i tid på morgonen. Ena dagen servrrades frukosten en hel timme senare än utlovat ( måndag 18.5) Att frukosten inte var klar i tid. Att självklara saker i samband med frukosten inte fungerade, s.s. påfyllning av tevatten. Det fanns inte tillräckligt med grönsaker vid frukosten. Serverades bränd bacon, vilket är förutom oätligt direkt hälsovådligt. Verkade som om den unga personalen varken fick handledning eller annat stöd för sina arbetsuppgifter. Fanns inte bestick i besökarnas kök. Taklampan i rummet fungerade inte. Lås/elmekanismen fungerade bristfälligt i rummet. Personalens kunskaper i svenska var bristfällig.
