Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton San Diego SeaWorld

The hotel was great. It was very clean. The pool and hot tub were nice and always clean. I liked the breakfast but I will say I was disappointed in the fake sugar options. The choice of sugar was cane or pink packet. It would have been nice to have blue or yellow sugar packets. My biggest complaint is being charged $25 to park your car only to wake up and have a car double parked behind you by the valet. I don’t think you should pay to park just to have to go to front desk to leave.

Please be care of the personal that clean the breakfast service, during this last Sunday 21st September, the lady was with really bad mood, bad answers, bad attitude, and was only the personal cleaning....... The hotel service in other way was amazing

Parking charge is out of my expectation. Under normal circumstances, hotel guests are supposed to be free

We loved the property, the service, the staff.My kids enjoyed the pool. A bit bummed the pool closess a bit early and that there are no lights on the pool, but not a deal breaker. We enjoyed everything about the hotel. We will definitely stay there again. The only uneasy part of it was the GPS took us i. Through the back streets and not knowing the area made us a bit unconsfortable to see a bunch a broke. mobil-homes parked along the streets.

This is a brand new Hampton Inn location. Very clean and well appointed rooms. Friendly staff. The only drawback is the area is a little dodgy, but the hotel provides security and valet parking on weekends.
