Hampton Inn Louisville I-65 @ Brooks Rd.

This hotel charged my card 2 additional times for the hotel stay and 2 times for the $50 hold fee totaling an extra $365.10 I should have never been charged. I have only seen a refund for the holding fees and one refund for one of the extra times they charged me for my room. I have yet to be refunded the other $132.55. Not only did I have to cut my trip short due to these charges over-drafting my account, but now I have $140 worth of over-draft fees due to this negligence. As a single parent, this has put me in a huge bind all week. I will never return to this hotel.

Area was pretty good. Had a bad experience with staff. Overcharged for both rooms for deposit. Hampton Inn still owes our family $102.73. They seem dishonest.

Front desk staff noticed I had to work in my room during my one day stay, so she provided me an extended checkout for my convenience (without my even asking!).

We stopped here on our way south and were pleasantly surprised. Brooks is not a very large town, but this hotel was first-rate. It was located right off the expressway with several restaurants nearby. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean and had a microwave, mini refrigerator and coffee maker. There was plenty of room for luggage and a nice desk area. Along with hangars, the closet held an iron and ironing board. A full-length mirror was on the wall opposite the closet. The bathroom was bright and had a hair dryer, hair products and plenty of towels. The property offered a nice breakfast, ice machines, and a washer and dryer for patrons to use. The lobby had an area where you could purchase snacks, including a freezer section with small container of ice cream. Lot of parking was available. Overall, this was the perfect place to spend the night.

Everything was perfect from the moment of check-in until check out. Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and pleasant atmosphere. Would stay again and highly recommend to anyone.

When we arrived to the hotel, there was an issue with the booking due to an issue through Hotels.com. Leslie at the front desk was very patient with us and spoke with hotels.com customer support to help us resolve the situation. She was so kind and helpful, we really appreciated her excellent service! The hotel itself was very clean and seems very up-to-date. We would definitely stay here again if we're ever passing through again.

Stayed here because it was convenient for what I was in town for and where I needed to be but surrounded area is a bit sketchy looking and parking lot seemed unsafe at night. Hotel itself was decent. Nothing special, no frills, small ish rooms but the breakfasts were very good.

WORST STAY EVER!!!!!!! Booked with Hampton online at one rate. Got my booking and had two days rate changed but not a large amount. Contacted front desk then and was told I could cancel if I wanted but the rate on my email was what I was going to pay. WRONG! Two of the days they DOUBLED the rate I agreed too and didn't advise until I got my emailed receipt!

Nice stay! Room was good. Breakfast was good.
