Lack of cleanliness for Covid-19 protection.

Rooms were clean. Attendant friendly and responsive. Served our needs well during our hunting trip. Thank u.

Everything is good, except the fact that I stayed for two nights and they forgot to clean to room on my second night. Other than that was great.

Worst Hotel Ever. Roaches In the rooms. Looks like to much Activity going on there. The guy who runs it is a meth addict. They need to fire him. When I stayed there I saw that man going out to car n put his hand in the car like if he was getting drugs delivered to him

A few weeks ago, I was on my way from Austin to Laredo. My wife wasn't feeling well, so we stopped in the town of Dilley. The guy at the front desk seemed very nice and even showed concern that my wife Megan wasn't feeling well. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. About 5 minutes after we got to our room, the guy at the front desk called asked me to come to the office. I had no idea what he wanted. I was totally surprised when gave me a tray with a bowl of soup and some sliced cantaloupe on it. He said, that it might help to make Megan feel better. I'm a seasoned traveler and have never received such at act of kindness from any hotel, especially a smaller property. After a good nights sleep, we continued on to Laredo. Urine spots in sheet floor not sweep or mopped in restroom tub had hair in it. Refrigerator very loud and air conditioning super loud and did not get cold. He offered to move us to different room we refused and went somewhere else.

The atmosphere and customer service have been excellent the three times that I've stayed here. There's no shortage of amenities at this place. I also like the fact that it's all single story which makes it nice and quiet as well as convenient. I have family in Dilley, so I'm sure I'll be staying here again sometime in the near future.

This hotel is really awful and we stayed there only because all others in area were out of rooms. The room we had was filthy and needed major updating. I will say sheets were clean but I actually debated sleeping in our truck!

Its not cheap, but its a clean place with nice TVs. Walls are very sound proof. You can park directly in front if your room. My only complaint is those little shampoo packets. Very hard to open with wet hands. Soap and towels pretty chinsey also.
