7132 Hotel

Sadly, the hotel did not meet our expectations. We were put at the 1st floor, so no view. We can clearly hear all of the people in the rooms around us. We did not have a lot of hot water in the shower. No explication on thing that should have been explained (like the shower utilisation).

The service was attentive and friendly. Food quality was impeccable. Definitely felt like a home away from home. The spa suites were amazing with the bathtub views and the steam shower that combined with the excellent thermal spring facilities downstairs made me not want to leave the hotel for entire stay. Highly recommended to visit if you enjoy thermal baths and need some time to rest.

What an excellent getaway after a Ski Trip or Business trip, The rooms and the architecture are unique, the service is super friendly, I had to leave early to the airport and I was packed 2 full bags of food and beverage, When you're in the spa you feel like you live in a dream

We were looking for a special hotel in the Swiss Alps for a few nights to relax and recuperate following some lengthy healthcare in the UK. We didn’t want to ski but still wanted to be in the mountains. How lucky we were to find 7132 Hotel in beautiful Vals. This is pure luxury in a stunning setting without being pretentious or flashy. The guests seem to be very discreet, polite and quiet which was exactly what we hoped for. No preening selfie obsessed residents here thank goodness!! We were greeted with a complementary glass of champagne and a free upgrade to a spacious spa room. The room was exquisitely appointed and we loved sitting on our balcony taking in the view. Breakfast time was yet another treat as we were able to eat in the Silver restaurant dining room, more fabulous views and a delicious menu with plenty of Swiss delicacies to try. For dinner we tried Red restaurant, de Papa and the restaurant at Hotel Glenner in the village, all three restaurants are part of the 7132 brand. Service across the hotel and restaurants was unfailingly excellent. But the highlight of our stay has to be the Therme! Such a wonderful experience to bathe outside in the warm waters surrounded by magnificent mountains covered in snow. We will definitely return to this beautiful place and highly recommend it.

We had the most amazing stay in 7132. The service is absolutely fantastic. The food and cocktails are amazing. The hotel has stunning decor and design! I recommend taking the helicopter transfer, it was phenomenal!! It’s in a great location beat for some gorgeous ski too! Can’t recommend the hotel enough! We will definitely be back xx

This was probably the best place we ever were to rest, recharge and enjoy life, while we felt at home with a very dedicated team deploying a unique level of service.

The main rooms in the hotel should be more aesthetically in line with the overall thermal bath experience.
