Booking. Com rep helped me resolve a booking mistake I made. She was very helpful and worked with Hapmton reps to correct and booking my room.

This is the first room i have ever stayed in that didn't have a microwave. Very surprising. I have stayed at a lot of other hilton properties. This is not in the same level.

Breakfast bar was not as good as previous Hampton we stayed at. Staff was inattentive, and charged me an additional fee for an unknown purpose..

The staff was great: friendly, accommodating and responsive. They could probably all use a raise. The property is located in a place that's really convenient to just about everything you'd need when staying at a hotel. But it is a bit run down. For example, the tub wouldn't drain and the AC was temperamental.

It wasnt a very good stay motel 6 is way cheaper more clean and the people are nicer there too

The staff the room the cleanliness and the house keeeping ladies never came by to change anything or even knock to see if i needed anything changed

They overbooked and did not have a room for us when we arrived. Turns out they gave my room I already booked to someone else under my reservation number. Now i am being told I have to wait and see if I will get refunded? Did they check ID's? Whose credit card was used for incidentals, and overall why was my reservation given to someone with a different name and address altogether?
