Hampton Inn by Hilton Spring Hill

Friendly and professional staff. I had checked in very early and they already had my room available.

The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet place.

Breakfast leaves much to be desired, with a small selection of options.

Clean room, location, friendly staff.

One bathroom bulb out, bathroom door not closing all the way, room a/c not on when arrived in room, gym smelled nasty and baseboard torn up.

The Hampton Inn in Spring Hill is a very comfortable and clean Hotel. They go the extra mile to make it a top notch place to stay.

There was a huge area of black mold on the ceiling of the first room I checked into. I had my three month old baby with me and the room had a terrible smell. I was able to get into a new room and that room was stuffy so I had to blast the AC. My baby was born premature so he gets cold very easily so the AC having to be blasted due to the stuffiness of the room was not ideal. The room was "clean", but it didn't really feel clean. I was very dissappointed in the quality of both rooms overall.

The staff seem to have been trained by a 5-star hotel. Whenever you need something they jump to do it! It was a very good stay

We had a nice stay. The hotel is a little dated compared to other Hamptons but the service made up for it.
