Location, food (we have breakfast and lunch), guide that was recommended for us, everything was perfect. Strongly recommend visiting the sigar factory with Julio ( the guide).

There is no air-conditioning in the room. But for Esteli this is not a real problem.

We went there for the day before Christmas so there was not availbility for breakfast due to staff on holiday. They offered us dinner instead or a discount, that was good. Room very clean and good standard.

The Nicaraguan breakfast was very disappointing, but to be fair, the standard was set very high following my first Nicaraguan breakfast in Managua. The fruit and yoghurt I had the following day was much better. Even though they said that my room would be made up every day, they only cleaned it once. Also, contrary to the hotel answering a question on your site saying “ of course we have hot water”, the water was cold every time I had a shower.

The rooms have big desks and comfortable beds! There is a nice cafe.
