"An Excellent Check In."

This is a nice facility that is well maintained and located. What I really want to address is the young woman who was at the checkout desk when we arrived. She was kind, efficient, and made the check in process easy and enjoyable. I wish I had gotten her name but I did not. She was medium height and build, blonde and had a smile that was amazing. She should be the person training the people at the reception desk.
