su construcion definitivamente sus ambientes dentro del hotel muy bien con la decoración.

el acceso o traslado al hotel es un poco complicado, el hotel es pequeño y su desayuno incluido se cerraron en da run poco mas de agua para servirse cafe eso me parecio ridiculo.

El diseño del hotel es fuera de lo común y es bastante limpio. La comida de su restaurant es muy agradable.

Al llegar nos dieron una habitación con poca iluminación, en primer piso y con un baño con ventilación hacia la misma habitación, aún siendo los únicos huéspedes y teniendo otras habitaciones disponibles, solicitamos un cambio el cual aceptaron luego de varios minutos de espera. Al intentar acceder a la piscina la cual supuestamente está disponible las 24 horas, no funcionaban las luces y el espacio estaba totalmente oscuro. Al momento de querer usar el jacuzzi que está prácticamente dentro de la piscina, te indican que hay que esperar 1 hora para que lo preparen, al usarlo el agua estaba casi fría, siendo su respuesta: “no se puede calentar más porque gasta mucho gas” … me cobraron 160 soles por tan mediocre servicio, que dicho sea de paso deberían avisar antes de ofrecerlo. Por último, durante toda la estancia había personal de mantenimiento caminando todo el tiempo al frente de la ventana, haciendo la estadía incómoda.

La comida estuvo bien, aunque la cena de noche deberían haber opciones más ligeras por la altura a mi esposo le cayó mal la opción que pidió porque era muy condimentada y no sabíamos.

La ubicación no me gustó, muy difícil de acceder y salir

La dificultad de conseguir pronto una movilidad porque está en la parte alta y no hay pista afirmada solo una trocha
