Hampton Inn Phoenix Midtown Downtown Area

My daughter ledt for navy boot camp. It was nice that the hotel was only 2 minutes from Meps. The frobt desk receptionist was amazing and i really enjoyed checking in and the room was great.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very nice. The free breakfast was wonderful. The gym and pool looked inviting but I didn't have a chance to use them. Next trip!

We stayed here just overnight to sleep. Slept good and hotel was cheap.

I was in town doctoring at the Barrow institute - Hampton is perfectly located for the 2 offices I had tests!!!. Also April at the front desk is fabulous!!! Very sweet and helpful!!! Best place ever in that location👏👏👏

We picked this hotel over all others in the area, for a few few reasons. At the time of making the decision, I wanted a company that would accept my service dog. I know he's accepted everywhere because of the disability laws and his specific training, but It's different when you choose a hotel that is dog friendly, and they proved me right, as they were so good to my Hux. The main reason for me being there is I had to go through a highly intricate brain surgery, so it was important to be close to the hospital. And I was so nervous!! We drove into town in our RV, and we did not have a car in tow. For someone who hates hotels and would prefer to be in my RV, the kindness of this staff changed my mind. I knew it wasn't going to be easy to stay in a hotel for 34 days! but this staff made an amazing experience for me. There were times that I needed things extra streril before surgery, and I believe it was Amanda that made sure I had those things. She and all the housekeepers of my room accomodated immensely. I got to know a few of them over my stay there; Irene Roxanna, Lauryn, Ariana, Veronica, Silvia and Shemar, who I believe worked the breakfast area on the weekends. Besides Jeff being in his office, we ran into him alot and he always asked how I was doing. He was so kind and listened. But my ultimate favorite person was Becky! She is somekind of special person, and decerves extra praise, for what she does. She greeted me every morning with a smile, even if I didn't have one that day. The food was always great, and the fruit fresh. There is no place to park a 37 foot RV anywhere in the area around the hospital. I believe it was Sophia that came to our rescue and let us keep the RV close to us in their parking lot. I know thats a wierd thing to praise about, but if you know the area, than you know how immensley greatful we were. They have a wonderful parking lot and we made sure eveyday that is wasn't in the way. I can go on and on about this staff and this particular hotel. They are placed in a very important area, as this hospital is a highly saught after hopsital. In the 34 days there, I was so ready to go home, but found myself, missing the staff wheni got home.
