Location near where we left our car while we were traveling on an airplane. Delicious restaurant near by. Staff was very helpful answering question about area.

As we checked out very early in the AM to catch a plane we asked for a breakfast to go bag. We received a Granny Smith Apple , which are soar and a dried up bagel.

Rooms were very clean and recently refurbished. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Not crazy about some food items at breakfast. Oatmeal was water with some oats floating in it. The only fruit offered were apples. The second day they brought out green bananas.

Hôtel très confortable à proximité immédiate de l'aéroport sans les nuisances sonores. Arrêt de bus juste à côté. Taxi pour l'aller et retour à l'aéroport offert par l'hôtel. Personnel serviable et accueillant. Chambre spacieuse et literie très confortable. Petit déjeuner de qualité. Salle de sport, piscine, fontaine à eau, produits d'hygiène, lave linge et sèche linge à disposition.

The most thing I didn’t like the attitude of the receptionist when I checked in, she wasn’t happy at all to see us and I asked for a trolley because I had a lot of luggage and she told me it was here and now it’s not so I guess we don’t have one. I had to push six bags all the way to the room

Great location for our trip, which involved visiting various parts of Phoenix that were all accessible by using Uber which saved us hiring a car. Also close to hte airport which again meant using an Uber worked well. Breakfast was pretty good and plentiful. We loved having a pool and braved a dip even though the weather was a bit on the cold side. You could walk to a Circle K to stock up on food and drink, only a couple of blocks away. The staff we met were all friendly and helpful. We appreciated the hot drinks available in the lobby for most of the day. We would stay again and recommend to anyone.

The spray/fountain over the pool couldn't be turned off which meant I had to dodge it or stay in one corner to avoid getting my hair wet.

Airport access

Say overpriced and ridiculous to pay over 250 a night.

Easy to locate

Room was dirty. Old used wash cloth in shower. Dirt on bed also soooo many homeless people everywhere
