Hampton Inn Port Huron

Staff was great, especially John on the night shift. Thanks John!

We are faithful to Hampton because they are all essentially the same, and they are all clean and neat. This one was not clean and neat - dirty/stained carpet, foul smell. Average perhaps for cheap motels, but very poor but Hampton Inn standards. Also abbreviated breakfast, although it was fine. Disappointed.

Staff friendly, outside of building looks good but inside needs to be redone. No bed bug covers on mattress, carpet in room and hallways need to be replaced. Expected more from a Hampton. Planned on relaxing in the evening and using the pool but it was closed. Noisy during the night.

The staff was very nice. The location was convenient.

The pool was closed and according to the hotel, they have asked Booking.com to post this information. Not having a pool was a big disappointment.

Room was not the typical Hampton inn cleanliness. Needs refurbishing and a good scrubbing!

Could use a little updating.needs a little TLC on cabinetry and bathroom vanity.

Limited towels and they never replenished them and no fan in bathroom and no Kleenex in holder

The check-in person was excellent, giving info about the WiFi access without prompting. He even texted later, to ask how are room was. As with other Hampton Inns, this hotel has a nice complementary breakfast.
