Great staff and clean property

Lobby was clean and inviting. John greeted us with a smile. He handled finding us a clean room professionally and without an attitude.

Took 4 rooms to get a bed without hair in it It was clear by the dirty blanket that hskp is remaking beds that appear unused Rooms have an old/smoke in the walls smell Hot tub out of order Floors are not vacuumed

Clean and fine. Stayed for a baseball tournament- kids everywhere, but we were part of that problem. No complaints other than the incredibly rude breakfast/coffee woman. Really? You work 3-4 hours a day and can’t handle? It’s not just a matter of clocking in—YOU HAVE TO DO YOUR JOB! she definitely doesn’t belong in the hospitality industry

Booked this hotel to use the hot tub and it was broken

Asked for handicapped room and got regular room.

Location to the wedding we were attending at Solitude Links. Staff was so nice!

It’s a little dated but very clean

Mattress was especially comfortable bcs i like a less firm mattress. Breakfast food was very good w multiple choices. Clean & ample breakfast seating. Pleasant staff all around. Room furniture very old & tired. Room colors very dark. Carpet was old. Only 1 upolstered chair in room was very stained & filthy. App unfortunately wont let me load photo. I wouldn't sit on or place anything on it. We had to have sink unplugged & toilet plunged when we arrived (wasn't dirty). Tub was nearly impossible to safely stand in to shower. Tub was especially narrow & floor curved up at sides making difficult to stand without slipping. The grab bar on long shower wall was incorrectly installed vertically, not horizontally, making positioning in shower difficult. I would not stay here again.
