Carriage Barn Inn

I was in town for the Harris Hill Ski Jump Challenge in Brattleboro, VT and decided to stay in Keene, NH a town I always wanted to visit. I couldn't have picked a better location. What a lovely place and a brisk 5-minute walk got me into town with a great bakery, running store and restaurants. I'll be back, so much more to do and see. Even got an afternoon of skiing in at Granite Gorge.

Perfect for our one night getaway to Keene. Clean, great location, friendly inkeeper (Joe) and many nice touches such as the breakfast.

No-one on site overnight, when we thought we were booking a b+b in someone's home rather than a house with rooms let out.

Joe, the innkeeper, was very friendly, helpful, and made our stay feel like we were at a classy and intimate B&B!

Although the location is nice and it looks cute the mattress was the worst I’ve slept on in a very long time. Spring in my back all night and the room was dirty. I don’t know where these rooms are that got these ratings but the bench in my room was dusty and the seat was disgusting. For $250 a night clean it, get an unsplintered door, and get a new mattress! And for the kicker only 1 TV for the whole building to share for the whopping price of over $250 a night

Owner was very nice. Continental breakfast was very good.

Bed was uncomfortable. Bath needed upgrading.
