Nice owner, healthy breakfast, walkable to town, quiet area. Room was a little smaller than expected and you could hear the guests in the next room.

Joe is so friendly and made our stay feel personal. We enjoyed talking to him in the morning over breakfast. He picks some great combos of pastries, yogurt, and fruits and so it is a pleasure to wake up for breakfast at the inn. I felt so at home the two nights I stayed at the inn. Our room was so quaintly decorated and I loved the small touches that made the inn unique - board games and a chess board, thoughtful room furnishings, candy bowls and fruit out for snacks, and even a ukulele! Joe also went above and beyond for us. We didn’t have a car and had a last-minute need to get a razor to look nice for a family wedding. Joe literally drove my boyfriend to a local convenience store so he could grab what he needed. It was so incredibly kind. I’d definitely recommend staying here for anyone looking for a quaint, personalized experience in Keene.

Such a friggin cute BnB! The only part I didn't like was when we had to leave! The hosts were so nice, friendly, professional and accommodating. The location is very central - while we were in town for a wedding, there were a lot of places nearby we wanted to check out. The room was well stocked with towels and bathroom supplies. Very comfortable bed. We didn't stay long enough to have any other opinions but i hope this is helpful to whoever is looking. I would definitely stay here again if i was in town.

Exceeded my expectations! We had the twin room. It was lovely. My only complaint is I wish there was more surface area to keep toiletries in the bathroom. Shower water pressure was superb! Bed was comfortable, even though the mattress was firmer than what I am used to. Having a/c control for our room is one of those things I find important. Joe has all the qualities you want in an innkeeper. He is personable and eager to take care of anything you may need. He even went out to the store to get some special lactose-free yogurt for me. The breakfast was more significant than I expected - beautiful, fresh cut fruit; granola; pastries; yogurt; excellent coffee with nondairy creamer choices. The whole vibe of the place is perfect. Nicely done, Joe and Jodie!

Great visit this past weekend. We stayed for 2 nights. Joe is an excellent host. Around just enough to fill any needs, but not overbearing. My only caution is to anyone who is bothered by house noises, you do hear everything. The rooms are close to each other and you hear others talking and walking, toilets flushing and showers running. Would this stop me from going back, NO, Joe’s friendliness and hospitality, the welcoming atmosphere and homelike feeling make up for it. I felt very comfortable sitting in the sunroom in the early morning with my coffee and a book. I loved the walking distance to town and all of Keene’s hospitality. Snacks were abundant and refrigerator available to store your personal items. I highly recommend this B and B in beautiful downtown Keene,

Another fantastic stay. Host has changed but this B&B is still the same. Joe was very friendly and could be reached if needed. The room I was in had a comfortable Queen bed, good lighting and everything you would need for a nice stay. Bathroom was on the smaller side but was well laid out, shower on small side as well so if you are a larger person this might be a concern. AC worked great and could control from my room. Breakfast can be had inside or out of the patio, and included really good coffee, juice, dave's bread, bagels, yogurt with granola and fresh fruit and cereal. There was coffee and tea out 24/7 for you to have as well as fruit, chocolate and snacks. You are able to use the refrigerator. The living room is nice and plenty of room for the 4 bedrooms. Walls are good and I did not hear my neighbors at all.

Great people will stay again!

This was the perfect place. A beautiful BnB. Close to down town but just tucked away enough to have a quiet and peaceful stay.
