good value. decent location. good wi-fi. only downside was the noise. barking dogs. like all night--and I'm a heavy sleeper.

Very convenient access to shopping and places to eat, and 15 min. walk to beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Sometimes noise from surrounding neighborhood or guests of the hotel, but generally quiet.

The rooms are small and my mini-fridge did not work. There's no bottles of water in the room and the staff do not speak English. I would not recommend to anyone that does not speak Spanish. With that being said, the room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was nice (although there seemed to be a problem with the hot water--typical for Mexico though). I stayed one night because I needed to be downtown to take the taxi back to Cancun for a flight. It was perfect for that, but I wouldn't stay longer.

The staff were very friendly and they went out of their way to help me! Good location and plenty of food stalls in the area.

Hotel relativamente nuevo, limpio con una atención deficiente, el guardia no tenía conocimiento de aspectos básicos del hotel, ya que no cuentan con area de estacionamiento, el no sabía si era seguro o no dejar el Vehículo en frente
