Sunshine View Hotel and Restaurant

Bar and food. Bartender was great.

Bed is very uncomfortable.

Location was great. Beds were very comfy but we had to ask for more pillows. Spacious room. View was great.

Pool closed the whole time. The pool is WHY we booked the hotel. Shower didn't work well. Restaurant was mediocre. Menu was too big. You can't do everything well. Ants in room were terrible. Hundreds of tiny ants that became a problem the last night. Front Door didn't have good seal - could see daylight. Property looked generally run down.

The room was very spacious the views from my room and the location was good. The food in rhe restaurant was reasonable and good.

Its a shame that on the pictures they show and amazing garden bur someone has ruined the garden by putting painted car tires and broken brick around the plants and there's a corner behid reception where they have just dumped all discarted hotel stuff in plain view. The pool is not clear and should be maintained properly . This could be such a ni e resort if ran by someone with good taste and ideas about landscape tropical design.

The staff are excellent - super friendly and helpful. We like being on the water.

There were insects in my room crawling on me while I tried to sleep. The loud rap music in the restaurant kind of ruined the peaceful beach atmosphere.

Had a pool. They left two bottles of water in room.

*The bed was uncomfortable and pillows were so hard I couldn’t use them or neck was at 80° angle. Only a comforter but no top sheet to cover me which was a first for me and since A/C wasn’t good the sheet was missed. I have traveled extensively for over four decades and that was unusual. * No coffee maker & no coffee unless you go to restaurant to get a tiny coffee cup. *No microwave in room *No ice machine on premises *No fridge in room *A/C was not very effective.

Spacious room. Nice view. Convenient having restaurant on site.

AC wasn't cooling properly. Rooms are somewhat old fashioned, poor lighting, no pool towels
