Hampton Inn Cape Cod Canal

It is a very nice hotel with comfortable bed, good shower, nice TV and patios to sit outside and watch the beautiful cape cod canal roll by. Breakfast was excellent. The small heated pool nice and clean. Direct access to the cape cod canal walk/bike path is a real plus. The front desk person gave us a small bouquet of flowers when we indicated it was our anniversary which was very nice.

As expensive as this room was, the view from our room was terrible. Granted, we did not pay extra for a water view, but expected better than a parking lot. There were no cups in the room or bathroom and had to go track them down. A bar was advertised, but no bartender on duty on Sundays…so there went our plan for a relaxing cocktail on the patio.

Free unlimited breakfast from 6a til 10a and free coffee and flavored water 24hr. The view of the canal is amazing, and the walking/bike path is clean and wonderful to watch the ships go by. Lots of dog walkers and fishermen and friendly smiling faces to converse with. We'll be back!!

I booked the hotel through bkking.com, the front desk denied my Hilton Honor points. That's very disappointed.

Property was amazing! Beautiful property and great location.

My husband & I wanted a change of scenery get away and chose this Hilton Property for lodging. Hubby is 5 weeks post-op a total knee replacement and currently using a walker. When we walked in, we were greeted with a warm, welcoming smile. Noticing my husband's walker Silvia (the manager) immediately offered assistance in bringing our luggage up to our room. Lori was helpful in offering assistance in suggesting area restaurants and area attractions. I happened to mention forgetting to bring our ice packs for hubby's knee. We weren't i our room long when there was a knock at the door and it was Silvia, with an ice bag! When it was time to check out, Jackalynn was there to bring our luggage to the car and assisted me in loading it into the car. We use Hampton Inn properties exclusively and many have been 4-5 star worthy. But the staff at this property went far beyond the expected norm. If 6 stars were an option, I'd give them 7! Thank you Silvia, Lori and Jackalynn for making our get away easier and more enjoyable!

I thought the employees were very friendly and helpful

I was kind of disappointed today because free breakfast eggs were gone at 8.30 and didn't see repayments at nine? You offer free breakfast??
