"Nice hotel right on the canal, but pay extra if you want a decent view. No bar on Sundays."

It is a very nice hotel with comfortable bed, good shower, nice TV and patios to sit outside and watch the beautiful cape cod canal roll by. Breakfast was excellent. The small heated pool nice and clean. Direct access to the cape cod canal walk/bike path is a real plus. The front desk person gave us a small bouquet of flowers when we indicated it was our anniversary which was very nice.

As expensive as this room was, the view from our room was terrible. Granted, we did not pay extra for a water view, but expected better than a parking lot. There were no cups in the room or bathroom and had to go track them down. A bar was advertised, but no bartender on duty on Sundaysโ€ฆso there went our plan for a relaxing cocktail on the patio.

"Wonderful stay at a great hotel where the staff really cares about your comfort."

Free unlimited breakfast from 6a til 10a and free coffee and flavored water 24hr. The view of the canal is amazing, and the walking/bike path is clean and wonderful to watch the ships go by. Lots of dog walkers and fishermen and friendly smiling faces to converse with. We'll be back!!
