Conrad Hamburg

This hotel is good, close to many interesting parts of a great and busy city, but it is a little cold, not very friendly. Big rooms, nice bathroom, everything works well. Breakfast is somewhat boring and very expensive if you do the mistake of not buying it when booking.

The best customer service from the moment we arrived at the hotel. Would definitely stay there again if we were in Hamburg.

My family of four absolutely enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms are big with expansive bathrooms. They provide bathrobes and slippers that most hotels no longer do. The front staff were helpful and friendly. Shops and dining places are all around. Main train station is less than 10 mins away providing access to pretty much of the city. There is train connection from airport. Travel by train to rest of Europe is likewise easy. Being in our first stop on a 3-week holiday, our only concern is that our stay here may be the one to beat.

I traveled to Hamburg with a colleague for business and chose the Park Hyatt for a combination of location and value. The hotel is located in a very good shopping area just 2 blocks from the main train station. It is also walking distance from many of the most interesting sights. The Park Hyatt doesn't feel like a typical big urban hotel. In fact, it really has the feel and vibe of a boutique property. The public spaces are nice and inviting. The room was fantastic. It was large and had the best bathroom that I have ever had in a hotel.

Beautiful hotel and lovely staff and even though we only stayed a night, probably our favourite hotel on our European trip.

The hotel has an excellent location, friendly and welcoming staff, spacious rooms, however the rooms and furniture need renovations.

Overall very good, consistent with the quality one typically expects from the Park Hyatt. One minor comment - the human interaction with hotel staff can be a little 'clinical' at times.
