"Care needed in shower!"

Comfy bed clean throughout.cooked breakfast very good.

Very limited parking at the hotel. Overspill parking bottom of road which was inconvenient when you have to carry cases etc. Had accident in shower injuring my leg.As I was stepping down to get out of shower I slipped backwards and leg caught fixed glass panel. There was no non slip surface in shower and nothing to hold on to as you step down out of the shower. Reported accident to staff who filled in accident report form. Also provided photo of my badly bruised leg. Staff member said their cleaners complained about the showers to clean. Not heard anything more since leaving!

"Great place but some rooms very noisy due to town hall bell"

Clean modern rooms, great location & very friendly & professional

Some of the rooms are too close to the town hall bell. It rings every 15minutes throughout the night and it is difficult to sleep
