My lunch at the Hyatt Regency today wasn't just bad it was a blatant disregard for a paying guest. I came in expecting a reliable meal. What I got was a hamburger that felt like an insult on a plate. The moment I lifted it, oil gushed out, soaking through the bun and pooling on the plate. This wasn't juscy; it was a soggy, greasy sponge masquerading as food. The patty itself was flavorless with overwhelming taste of fat. I am genuinely offended by the carelessness of this. When I pay a premium at a hotel like this, I'm paying for competence. This was a failure of basic kitchen standards. Did no one look at this before it left the pass? It felt like they simply did not care what they serve. The experience ruined my afternoon. I left not just disappointed, but angry. I felt physically unpleasant and financially taken advantage of. You have undermined my trust completely. I will actively warn others against eating here, and I will remember this the next time I consider any Hyatt dining. Fix your kitchen. This is beneath your brand and disrespectful to your guests.

The service at check in was great.

There was leftover food in the refrigerator. The coffee machine was filthy and unusable. We had to go downstairs and purchase coffee.
