Las habitaciones son cómodas y amplias. El baño está completamente renovado y es muy cómodo de usar.

Ένα από τα καλύτερα καταλύματα που έμεινα όσες φορές ήμουν στο Ηράκλειο . Μοντέρνο,βολικό ,καθαρό και δε του λείπει τίποτα. Οι παροχές πολύ καλές για τη τιμή του. Η εξυπηρέτηση και η ενημέρωση άψογες. Πολύ κοντά στα ΚΤΕΛ και καθόλου μακριά από το κέντρο. Η περιοχή πολύ ήσυχη καθώς διαθέτει και πάρκιγκ. Την επόμενη φορά ξέρω σίγουρα που θα κλείσω δωμάτιο .

Δεν έχω τίποτα αρνητικό να κρίνω.

We very much enjoyed the quiet location, ease of parking, and the ability to stay outside of the city center while still being within walking distance to all attractions and stores. The area around the hotel is very safe and it is a quick walk around the corner to the grocery store (AB) if you are looking to stock up before heading to the countryside like we were. The cleaning staff were very kind and accommodating and the room was clean and fresh. The AC unit worked very quickly too which was delightful! I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Heraklion before renting a car and heading out to the countryside - the area is very quiet by city standards, the major roads are easy to get to, groceries and gas are nearby, and the hotel has its own private parking lot. Many local car companies will also deliver rentals to Artrees for pick-up, we did this with MCar Crete and it was wonderful! I would definitely recommend requesting a smaller vehicle if doing this as the city streets are narrow and also to exit via the north road! If using a GPS app they will by default try to lead you on the shortest route which is through very narrow city streets with several blind corners. Instead drive north from the hotel to the coast (less than two minutes) and use the main roads to go to your destination as they are much wider and better maintained for cars (if you need to go south, such as to Knossos, go north first and use the roundabout at the end to turn around but stay on the major roads, it adds two minutes of travel time but your driver will thank you). Thank you very much for having us! We had a wonderful time staying with you and hope to do so again one day!

Genuinely no complaints, we had a great time. A gentle reminder for other guests, there is no elevator here so if stairs are a concern I'd recommend requesting a room on the first floor. There will still be one flight of stairs to reach the first floor but the stairwell is wide and offers a small landing part way up that could be used to rest for a bit if needed.

Een grote kamer met keuken en uitklapbare bank, tien minuten lopen van het centrum.

Het hotel is compleet grijs, doet niet heel feestelijk aan en de geluidsisolatie was niet altijd even goed. De vliegtuigen kan je goed horen natuurlijk zoals verwacht, maar het was eerder de familie in de kamer naast ons die we goed hoorden. Daarnaast is er geen afzuigkap in het keukentje, wat er voor zorgde dat de gang compleet was gehuld in knoflookgeur van diezelfde familie. Ik hou van knoflook, maar als je een keuken maakt, doe er dan ook een afzuigkap bij! Geen grote minpunten, maar wel dingen die wellicht kunnen worden verbeterd.

Unser sauberes Apartment mit Balkon hatte bequeme Betten und eine Küchenzeile. Tee, Kaffee, Wasser, Saft wurden für uns bereit gestellt, was uns gleich bei unserer Ankunft freute. Der online check in/out war problemlos und die gesamte Kommunikation war freundlich und zeitnah. Wir waren nur für 1 Nacht als Zwischenstopp zwischen Flug und Fähre hier. Die Lage war perfekt für uns. Flughafenbus, Fährhafen und Altstadt alles fußläufig erreichbar. Vielen Dank für alles! Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter.
