It was great. We had so much fun

Staff was helpful at main hotel. Room clean & parking was plentiful

The pool was great as was the hot tub though the hot tub could use some work

The room was nice, didnt know it was a separate building from the rest of the resort. Limited use of amenities like pool and fitness room

The room was dirty, cobwebs where behind the chair , night stands baseboards where filthy no one came to put linens in rm on the second day we where there, it’s pretty bad when the customer has to walk across the parking lot to go get their own linens and then walk back to their hotel with them. That’s pretty embarrassing.

This is not a normal hotel. It's a building that used to be a hotel. You have to go into the casino across the parking lot to check in. The hotel looks like it hasn't been maintained for 30 years. Wallpaper peeling off the walls everywhere you look, dated furniture in your room that is torn or worn, the beds are old spring type. I went out of my room at 1am to get something from my car and when I tried to get back in, my key card wouldn't work. Most hotels that's not a huge deal but at this one, you'll have to go across the large parking lot to the casino, then you'll find no one at that front desk with a sign to call security. Security did a nice job responding and got me into my room but what an inconvenience to deal with in the middle of the night!!!

It was good! Only had a few items that we needed such as wash rags and bathmat that was missing and shower door that didn’t work right! Also the carts for luggage were not good at all!

Beautiful hotel and clean

Good,basically slept there, it was centrally located to places we were going and best price in atea. Wish we could have been at main resort instead of across road, so never utilized restaurants

Great staff, I had some personal issues and everyone was very accommodating, couldn't ask for a better stay.
