"Simply the best!"

InterContinental Sanctuary Cove is simply one of my most fave resorts in the world. Peaceful, beautiful property, wonderful marina village, feels like you are in a tropical paradise. The pools and spa melt any cares away. And lastly the Club InterContinental is phenomenal - from breakfast, high tea to a wonderful evening presentation. And to top it off as the jewel in the crown the wonderful team - in particular Roxy. Her care, attention and warmth keeps bringing us back.

Nice FNQ Queensland feel, fantastic lagoon pool environ, suite was ample clean etc. Valet service was great including loading our vehicle etc.

Be nice to have better service regards checkout collection of bags etc . We had to drag our suitcases down three flights of stairs and across the grounds to checkout because no one would answer the phones to even confirm whether this service was available . I sprained my neck in the process.

Buffet Breakfast is good. Wonderful location. Staff are excellent.

The beds… are okay! But honestly… everything else is so good… it kind of didn’t matter. We can’t wait to come here again.
