"Not a 5 star hotel - service and cleanliness poor"

Crowded breakfast area - service average- just one lady exceptional - a team leader - sausages for breakfast were a very poor option - can’t believe they were so spicy and inappropriate for breakfast !

The hotel was not clean in many places - stairs/ pool bar area etc food on the floor not swept

The staff were very friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The lagoon pool was a great temperature, clean and inviting.

We received an upgrade on arrival which was not asked for and was a lovely surprise. The room was large and comfortable but there were 3 adults (a couple and a single) and there was only one king size bed made up. We had to call staff and ask that the bed for the 3rd adult be made up. We expected that would have been made up and ready as we had checked in as 3 adults.
